You agree to pay all charges incurred by you under your account at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. 6. Shipping & Delivery
Orders over ¥10,000 qualify for free Japan-wide shipping. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carrier failure, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Delivery to residential addresses typically takes 1-3 business days within Tokyo and 3-5 business days nationally. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for packages delivered to the correct address provided by you.
7. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. Products must be in original condition with all packaging and accessories. Opened or used products may be refused or subject to a 20% restocking fee. Once returned items are received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to product defect.
8. Warranty & Product Liability
All products come with manufacturer warranties as specified on product packaging. Ethereal Tide Pulse does not provide additional warranties beyond the manufacturer's guarantee.
